We had an excellent evening last night at 1508.  It was an open night full of lively discussion, new friends and early spring ingredients including the first morels of the season from a forager in Oregon–

  1. I have been meaning to comment here and am just getting around to it. The dinner + entire experience was phenomenal…I’m still dreaming of that wine + the scallops! Hugs to all of you and we can’t wait to come back!
